"My first time at this salon. It was close to my house and the pictures on their website it looks like a very nice salon. I went to the one in Spring Hill. The salon was small, outdated, smell damp, dirty, and dark. It’s like walking into a vampire dungeon. The other stylist was blowing drying her hair. The person that cut my hair was nice but she didn’t do any client consultation or asked how I wanted my hair. She gave me a shampoo and conditioning which was equivalent to a student learning how to do shampoo and conditioning. While she was cutting my hair, she answered her phone which is fine at first. But then, she kept checking on her phone and talking to her coworker. On top of that, she didn’t have her supplies ready. She cut my bang one side smaller than the other. And she doesn’t know how to add volume to my fine hair. Overall, I was very disappointed in the customer service of this place. I will not be going back."
"I went to this salon for the first time and I needed a whole hair transformation after not having my hair done or cut in so long. Jael did an absolutely beautiful job on my hair! I let her just take the lead on what my hair needed and she really went above and beyond. She gave me gorgeous highlights and made my frizzy hair come back to life! I will definitely be returning! Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful salon!"
"Victoria has cut my hair a few times and after every new style I have had complete strangers stop me to complaint on the wonderful job she has done. Yesterday in a very windy campground in New Mexico, a woman stop at my campsite and just about the excellent job Victoria had done on my hair! After speaking with the woman I learned she had a master in Cosmology and was a retired instructor! I felt it was quite a compliment but the real credit goes to Victoria! Thank you"
