"I got my brows waxed by Billie, 2 weeks prior I confirmed she brow mapped and drew the shape before waxing she said yes. I booked my appointment based on her response, I get there tell her what I wanted she seemed like she understood. Brow mapping was not done, she went to town on my brows that just needed cleaned up and now I am left with half the eyebrows I wanted and a waxing rash.Very disappointed and will be driving 10 hrs to the Ulta that originally did my brows and I loved."
