"From the minute I walked in I felt so comfortable. To start, the coffee was delicious and then I got to sit down and just talk with Aliah. She listened and was so informative, never pushy! The cut I got was exactly what I was looking for. I also love the fact that all the hairdressers help each other. If one learns something new, they teach it to the others. I had a wonderful time today!!!"

"My daughter wanted to go to salon halo to get her hair colored, since I heard great things about them I booked her a 2pm appointment. I was not told how long she would be there, even though I booked her appointment online I received a call to confirm her appointment and I told them she wanted pink highlights and the receptionist told me she would add pink to the appointment. My daughter did not get finished until 8pm! I never have been in a salon for 6 hours for color and a cut. Sam was her stylist and we loved her and she was the only one to apologize. Her neck is all stained from the hair dye and her forehead. They should have removed that in the salon. I was also charged more than we were quoted which was not right and they didn’t even seem to care and her hair is not the way she wanted. We will not return there."
