"if i could give 10000 stars i would! i had the loveliest experience here. the receptionist was so unbelievably helpful when i called about an appointment! my account was all set up, and i had an appointment there in 15 minutes after calling! the wonderful girl Kayla who did my hair is a true artist! i can’t stop staring at my hair. feels so healthy and looks so amazing. Kayla made me feel so comfortable and did the most outstanding job! Thank you ladies!!!"

"My first visit and I was lucky to get in as I thought I had made an appt. online but had only set up a profile. Turns out they fit me in with Jessica who I am very happy to say did an excellent job. She listened to everything I had to say and perceived it well. Everyone there was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff really seemed to work well together. This is now my go to salon. Thank you Nikkole Micheals salon and especially thanks to Jessica for an enjoyable experience."

"Elena was very bubbly and personable! She did a wonderful job and was very engaging and professional, you can tell she takes pride in her work! I got a Dip overlay with tips and pedicure and I loved it! She takes her time and makes sure you are fully happy throughout the process! I'm excited to try her facials next!"

"Edit to add: The owner was very kind and did contact me. She offered me anything she could to help me out, but I told her I didn’t want to cut off anymore hair. She also offered me services performed by her personally. She refunded my money, and left an open invitation. I still won’t ever step foot in this salon again but it was very nice of her to reach out. Original Review: I don’t even know how to explain how sad I am about this haircut. 4 months ago I paid more than $100 for a perm. It came out beautiful and I was so happy. I go to get a shape up and get some volume added to my hair because as it’s grown out it’s gone a bit flat on top. I wasn’t sure if I needed another perm to curl the roots or what. He said no, no perm. He said, I got you. I’m still not sure what exactly has just been done to my hair. It’s all gone, all the curls I paid over $100 for are gone and somehow I got shaved straight up the back of my head and all my hairs just gone. It’s a bald spot that is the back of my head. My hair is two different lengths. One side is longer than the other but I wanted him to stop cutting so I said nothing. I wanted the back of my hair stacked, not shaved off. I wanted my hair shaped because it had a large clump of curls all in one spot. I showed inspiration pictures and everything. I’m devastated. His response, “It’ll grow back. Your hair grows fast.” My hair does NOT grow fast. It’s grown maybe 2 inches in 4 months. Then he mentioned how “pissed off” he was about the bald spot on the back of my head. Yeah, me too buddy. It’s going to take me 8 months to grow the back of my hair out so it’s not a giant bald spot anymore. I guess I’ll be wearing hats for the next 4 months until the giant bald spot has grown enough to at least be passable with the rest of my hair. It looks like I got 3 different hair cuts. As someone who already deals with alopecia this is a hard thing to stomach. My hair was past the nape of my neck and I got this. (See photo) Devastating doesn’t even begin to cover how sad I am right now. Even my husband who is very kind and understanding about my hair said this is a major mess up. He says I should talk to the owner because there’s no way they’d be ok with this. But idk what talking will do. There’s nothing you can do about a bald spot, which is the entire back of my head. I’ll never go back here. I’m just so, so, so sad."
