"I was so upset with my experience. The website read $60 for color, (more for long hair). My hair was an inch and a half past my shoulders. I knew that for the price I would not recieve that great of service but I am a college student. My stylist I believe was Luz. My hair color is patchy. She spilled water completely down my back. Pushed religion on me the entire time. I tried to be friendly and agree but truly it was for $60 so I would have just put up with it for the price. When the bill came up, I was charged $150. I didn't say anything but I really wish I did. I also talked with her about bad experiences with the past because people thought they could get away with certain things because I am young, and yet she did the same thing. I left really upset and humiliated."

"Sadly, that’s my first negative review in my life . I am very disappointed with my haircut . When I returned home , straightened out my hair, I noticed uneven length and there were multiple layers in the front . The next day I returned to the salon to get my hair fixed. Luz apologized, fixed it, and I was happy with the results. Once I got home, however, I noticed very obvious layers in the back that I was not able to see. I think it looks horrible ;( I am disappointed and sad as the hairdresser didn’t fix what was very noticeable . I was left with horrible haircut not realizing this ;( I really didn’t want to write this review , that’s why I sent an email two days ago but with no response. Just be careful .☹️ Update : I called 3 weeks after ( I was too upset to call earlier ) to get the money back and the owner refused !!! I gave 20% tip for this horrible haircut and they refused me my money back !!!! . Ridiculous. They said they give me a free haircut etc . I would never go back. Never, never never . Horrible experience!!!!!!"
