"Had my hair colored and it took 10 hours to do. Jessica made an appointment for myself and my mother at 12 noon and we didn’t leave until 10pm. The 2 young ladies who work on myself and my mother didn’t know what they where doing. Jessica had to jump in and cut my mothers hair and then help the young lady who was coloring my hair. She had to help work on my hair. The lady who was as cleaning I watched her drop her tag to the floor use her foot to wipe the bottom of the chair and then you the same rag to wipe the dryer with. Then sit and try to talk to my mother about her political views. Very unacceptable at a workplace. Then after the long 10 hours with my mother in a wheelchair and no food. Jessica insisted on charging my mother $250 for her haircut and it wasn’t what she wanted and $ 450 for mine. If that wasn’t a kick in the butt. I never seen such a business run so poorly. The young lady who was working on my hair left got food and did someone else nails while we waited. Then at the end even the cut I wanted was rushed and the color was wrong. I was supposed to have drown hair with blonde highlights. Instead I have orange / red hair . I have tried to reach out to Jessica to correct the over pricing but all she said was she could fix it . I don’t trust this salon so going back would be crazy. I recommend staying far away unless you don’t care how your hair looks ."

"If I could give no star I would. My daughter went there today at 11 she had an appointment with one person named Brooke who was supposed to be the best at perms but that person said she couldn't do it because she's allergic to the solution so someone else named Hailey had to do her hair that has never done a perm on a real person before..... This is what my daughter's hair looks like after being there from 11am till a little after 5pm, all day and her dad was charged $160 for this and he tipped the girl and now we can't do anything about it till Tuesday when they are open again. I'm just so not happy and my daughter is so disappointed because she wanted curls and was so excited and now has to deal with this it's getting straighter and not curling at all"
