"Booked an appointment a few days in advance so I could have my hair done for an event the following weekend. The appointment was for 9am which I assume was opening. I live about 45 minutes from the salon but I didn’t mind making the drive to receive the service I was wanting. I made sure to select the most time consuming service to be sure they had plenty of time to do my hair without inconveniencing any other appointments. I was about 10 minutes from the salon when I got a phone call telling me they had to cancel my appointment because the appointment I made should not have been available. They offered to reschedule but I wouldn’t be able to get in until the week after which would be after my event. Really disappointing considering I had made the appointment a few days in advance and didn’t hear anything until the day of only a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time. I will not be returning to any of the Fantastic Sams locations and definitely will not be recommending to anyone."
"Located in a shopping plaza, it is convenient to get to. I made my appointment on-line, so I was a bit annoyed that I had to wait half an hour. I was very happy with my stylist who was very friendly and followed what I said I wanted done."
"DO NOT GO HERE BAD SALON NASTY MANAGER TERRIBLE STYLIST!!!! Someone claiming to be owners replied to my review acting like they cared. Asked me to email them about discussing. Emailed 2 times no response. They don't care. Revolving door of stylist "Here today gone tomorrow DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERR!!! Ownership does not care e enough franchise corporate office does not care spoke to them twice was promised call from Regional mgr who never called either"
