"Have been going to the salon here for the past couple years. I waited a while before I went and got my hair done again, but however, was very excited for the new cut and color I received from Sara. Received almost identical to the picture that we picked out, definitely Turned out better than expected, and I am super excited to wear this to the next convention we are going to!"

"Terrible experience at this salon. Went in to simply color my hair, which I spent the last six months carefully growing out a very short pixie cut. I stated that my hair just reached a point where I could finally pull it back in a pony tail. My ends were frizzy and I agreed to let Sara trim them a bit for a smoother look. She ended up texturizing/trimming back so much hair that it will take me many more months of aggravation to grow it back to where it was when I made this mistake! If she would have asked or showed me what she was doing during the "trim" (she had me turned away from mirror) at any point, I would have stopped her and walked out. The color ended up being much darker than I wanted, even though I brought multiple pictures of what I had in mind, but at least it seems to be good quality. The salon is very cute, girls are super nice, but I am very unhappy with what happened and it will take me many months to recover!"

"Moving to a new area i was stressed about finding a new salon. I chose this one. I walked in and showed Sara what i wanted and she was very confident she could accomplish it. I came in blonde and wanted some strawberry...i have never had someone put color on my hair at the shampoo bowl ....i thought it was odd. As she started to blow dry all i saw was brown... i left with ginger red roots and the rest was da splotchy ashy brown....i tried to contact the shop for my money back. Haven't heard anything back.i washed it was Dawn dish soap to get some of the brown out. the next day i went to another salon and got it fixed immediately and it looks great now! photos below are what i left Meraki with .....i do not recommend."

"I first want to say that the salon is super cute and the girls that work there are very sweet and I chose this salon/stylist based off the great reviews that I read and I was greatly disappointed in the outcome of my hair. I came in with grown out ashy/white blonde with my natural regrowth and was wanting the same tone of blonde just blended in. I left with splotchy gold/orange down to my already ashy ends. I literally fought back tears till I got in my car. I needed my hair done for my sisters baby shower the next day and I’m so embarrassed with how my hair looks. I’m not asking for a refund and I definitely don’t want the stylist to try and “fix” it, I just wish she would have said she couldn’t achieve my desired look than to leave with this mess. I won’t be returning to this salon."
