"I drive to UTC just to visit! The best quality and flavorful teas. Don’t expect them to cost the same as a grocery store. Loose leaf teas are MUCH higher quality and cost more. Some of their teas are very rare. I have developed a tea hobby and like to try all the flavors they offer. The employees are very knowledgeable and make excellent suggestions. I highly recommend the jasmine pearls, kiwi cherry coconut, ruby red grapefruit, and sucre. They have a monthly subscription I have just signed up for. Again, some of the teas are more expensive than others, but you are paying for quality and how rare the teas may be. The employees will happily explain."

"I walked in 30 min to close but the employee, I believe her name was Aurora, was so friendly!! I told her I got a gift card for my birthday but I wasn’t a huge tea drinker besides reg sweet tea. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the product and let me smell multiple ones until I decided. I was feeling fall so I went with pumpkin spice and she even added some cinnamon on top to pair nicely with it. The store itself is super cute & has adorable notebooks, mugs, etc. I will definitely be back simply because of the amazing customer service I was given! (And the tea was really good too)"
