They literally said they would sell me a broken unit and if it’s broken, it’s on me to contact the product team and it’s not their concern. What kind of store openly suggests selling something broken and putting it on the customer? Don’t shop here, this is not a mom & pop St. Pete place. There are many other great places. I walked out without buying anything and will tell my friends to shop elsewhere. Great business model, lol."
