Close to everything, inc. several beaches and malls 20 minutes away, Gulf access and private boat ramp. Pictures are from closing date. Upgrading everything."

"The worst property manager in the world. Lynn Endres. Came out screaming at us when we arrived. Got a video of her rants. Will post. She discriminates against minorities and is the worst bully on earth. She accused us of cutting down a tree and threatened us with a $1000 fine. We told her the tree fell during hurricane Ian before we bought the property according to the neighbors. She has not retracted her accusation. She is going to fine us $1000 for picking up the neighbors garden debris and putting it on her property. She still has not retracted her threats and accusations. We got a letter to weed, and this is what we got from Lynn Endres. A $1000 fine. She told her garden maintenance man not to pick up any of our trash, so even though we pay HOA fees for 2 lots, he did not move an inch of our weeding debris. We had our debris in trash bags. They refused to take our debris. So we had to jump into the big blue dumpster and pull our debris out. Remove the bags and put the debris back into the dumpster. The rest of the park had their debris removed but not us. Harrassment and discrimination. We have never experienced this kind of extreme bullying before. This woman is demonic in her hatred. This has been reported to the government authorities that monitor HOA's. This should never happen to a paying resident again in America."
