"Disappointed, booked 3 signature services for massages and facials, to the tune of $600. The therapist kept disappearing during the service for long periods of time, while either covering your head or face and eyes. Determined into the service that she was literally leaving my service to service others in my group. So you don’t have your own therapist for your service, the service was literally shared amongst 2 others. The price was far too expensive when half your time is spent waiting for the therapist to come back. You book a two hour service means you should receive a two hour service. The massage was performed by a newbie, and the facial was rushed."

"Loved this place but will not be back. Last time I visited was 10/25/2023 & had an okay experience; deep tissue massage is different every time for some reason even if you have the same person & they try to give you their best medical guess on your ionic foot detox results, accuracy limited. At the end of my appointment I distinctly remember looking to schedule my next visit but had difficulty finding a date before Xmas & told the lady I would just call back. As of today, I had not called back to schedule but received a phone call around 9:30am CST asking where I was & if I planned to show up soon. I let the lady calling know I did not have an appointment today & I was at work, definitely could not make an appointment today. She put me on hold, then came back & said "Well if you can reschedule this appointment in the next few weeks we won't charge you a cancellation fee." I told her that's not going to happen & should not be charged a fee as I did not schedule the appointment today & would prefer to call them back on my own terms. I recognized her voice on the phone as the same lady who did my last services, who I literally had that conversation with, so I called her out for her not remembering & the bad customer service, she reverted to saying things like "it's our policy" or "our records indicate you had an appointment today." I'm sure the records do indicate that but that error was on your end & you have lost a customer due to your poor handling of the situation. Apparently there is nothing preventing them from pulling CC data from a previous appointment to use for something like this so buyer beware. This is not the 1st bad experience I've had here but it will definitely be the last, shame on me for going back. *UPDATED 1/26/2024* Owner's responded about 2 weeks ago & fraudulently said they "waived the cancellation fee." This is not accurate, when I told them goodbye that day, the lady on the phone was telling me the charge would be applied to the CC on file. The only reason why that charge never showed up was because I worked with my bank to prevent that from happening. Thank you to them for acknowledging I've been a customer for several years, disheartening to know that's how you treat your repeat customers. The added immature comment about me needing therapy for being upset at your lack of customer service, was a nice way to show the world you have no problem gaslighting people who disagree with you & have little respect for your customers."

"This place is amazing... Well I can only assume all other LMTs their are as exclusive as the one I paid. All I can say is these ladies have hands of magic. I have a few severe Neurological issues with my spine and every single time I leave Little Indigo I always seem to feel better, but the next day is like a vacation. No pain at all. "My best friend and I ordered the rose quartz crystal awakening packages which is over $240 we were not offered to use the restroom. We were not offered anything to drink until after and it was the smallest shot of water ever.If I would have known what type of service that they offer, we did not even receive the same treatment, which was supposed to be the same package. I never would have drove several hours to be ripped off. We have had numerous massages at half the price and have had a wonderful, full body massage.The package that we received was not a full body massage we were given oil rubs. That does not qualify as a massage and hot towels are not a body wrap your package was very deceiving. would not recommend!!!!scam!!!"
