"I went in salon for a color correction and a trim ..i wasn't consulted about the cost and how the time..was and didn't think it should have been over$ 150.00.i have short hair at ear length. 5 hrs later and still not what I wanted and was told 375.00 dollar's I wasn't prepared to pay for that ridiculous amount or I would have never gone there ..you should let your clients know all cost ..I M so upset about the experience I wanted to add that this Establishment is a great place to go. This lady is a independent stylist she was not willing to do anything to help the problem Her name is Debbie!! Beware of her !!!"

"So initially, I had some trouble getting in touch with them to set an appointment, but I messaged them on facebook and was able to get a haircut scheduled for the next day. I was super grateful for getting a spot so last minute and Jerica did an amazing job on my hair. She knew the exact vibe I was going for before I could even explain and these ladies did such an outstanding job of making me feel at home as soon as I walked in! Definitely will be coming back :)"

"I had great expectations of Emily, based on all of the reviews, but I was sadly disappointed. She gave me great highlights which I love..... but she never gave me the haircut we both discussed together.. short layers on top....(like Stevie Nick's back in the 60's , 70's, or 80's.) SO now I have to continue to put my hair back in clips because I don't have those short layers I asked for! Also , I expected my hair to be stronger, healthier and shinier, as we both talked about.. but my hair is very dry and brittle.. .not what I expected after the glaze treatment that Emily said she gave me. Emily seemed very disorganized, sorry to say."
