"I have been to Luxe in Destin 2nd l and they were wonderful. I went to Luxe in FWB and they were horrible. I asked for their signature deluxe pedicure She was over nd done in less than 30 minutes. I Tipped what i normally do, but i will never go back there again."

"Just an update:: everyone of my nails popped off, by the end of the week! Waste of money and my time! The toe polish is still holding on. And it’s been little over two weeks. I had to go to another salon within 6 days due to 6 of my 10 nails popping off in that time frame!! She is ridiculous and a sorry excuse of a nail tech!..The pedicure was phenomenal!! The older lady that has been doing nails since “97” not so much! Just got done last night. Why they look like they need a fill in already! Go somewhere else for nails. She also burnt me several times. I watched her put the bands she just used on me, put into her container for the next person! Very unsanitary!! I do nails and didn’t have time to do my own as I’m about to fly out of town for a month! First time here and last time! She was to worried about gossiping with the owner instead of focusing on my nail quality and I confronted her several time on her technique and lack of skills, she still didn’t correct her work!! Her comment was I don’t want the polish in your skin! Well atleast get it on the nail bed!! . I said not good! It Looks bad! The guy who did my pedicure was awesome! But since I need to be able to get full spa treatment when I don’t have time to get my nails done by me.. oh then they charged me extra 2.50 on my card and was not told about this 55+55 doesn’t equal 112.50!! I’ll be disputing this charge for the 2.50 you charged me without my knowledge! Take the poor rating reviews into great consideration!! The nail tech who did mine also gossip about the customers personal life to me as the customer walked in. Saying she has no luck in men. The nail salon is probably operating without license!!! There is absolutely no way the nail tech passed the osha board of licensing!! The nail tech that did has yellow bad teeth, she sits in the second roll on the right as you walk in!! I’m am warning you do not attempt to even go into this unsafe, un sanitary environment!!! I’m sorry for the description of her but that is the Only way to explain her looks. She also is in her 40-50 and dresses as if she is in her teens-20s. Very unprofessional!! Again my toes and feet look and feel great my nails will have to be redone out of town!! So disgusted !! The owner sat there as I complained and told her the nails looked bad and did nothing to justify this either! My nails are very thin! I told her I use my hands a lot and need a better apex, along with little more thickness!! Ridiculous"

"I got my done here because I usually stop by Hot Nails next to Target shopping, but they were closed on the week of their vacation. I loved the girl at Hot Nails that do acrylic nails. I don’t recommend Luxe Nails because my nails turn out horrible. Two nails lifted off after 6 days and the paint wasn’t full painted. Please take your money somewhere better."

"I’m a local and have been here many times over the years. I used to be one of their “regulars.” I don’t know if there has been a change of ownership, but this business as a whole has changed a lot over the past year and a half. Now, as made evident from the photo, their standards have changed. This past Sunday has been my worst experience yet. I have never had an infection after a pedicure in my life, and my toe looks like this now. Also, I paid far more for this visit than I did the last time I went in there…$115 before gratuity for a basic pedicure and gel manicure. If you go here, ask for Jimmy. That’s the only technician who I would trust there anymore, if I ever decide to go back."

"went to a different place & had a horrible experience, i left crying with unfinished nails, i called here and they got me in within 30 minutes, fixed my nails & i left so happy!! the atmosphere was so much better & everybody was so nice!! this will definitely be my go to place when i’m in town. before & after pictures below"
