"Had ebbony cut my hair, said I want a little off the top and she cut majority of my hair off to the point I was extremely unsatisfied she had no customer service skills, spoke more to the gentleman next to me than she did me. And had me spun around away from the mirror the whole time she cut my hair so I couldn’t see what she was doing. If I ever go back to Supercuts I will not let her touch me."

"Had both kids go for school haircut and one older lady (who was training)cut my daughters hair opposite of what was shown straight blunt bangs not blended in at all! Then had to get manager to help blend in my 9 yo. See Caylin if going there, she is great! Unfortunately we did not get her."

"Very friendly staff. Usually they're pretty busy so, it's always recommended to make an appointment before showing up. Their rates are pretty reasonable as well. Be sure to ask for their military discount if you're active duty or reservist. They also offer a bonus card where if you get 9 haircuts you'll get your 10th one for free. I think it's a pretty cool program for regular customers."
