"I used to have beautiful hair that went down to my butt until I met Sally Beauty. This review won't be about my questionable choices though... I didn't mind this location. Employees were friendly, and they even tried to stop me from destroying my hair! Helpful, but I'm determined to manically dye my hair at 2am on a Wednesday, thank you. The selection and stock could be better, but they have niche brands like Palladio and Lime Crime. Long gone are the days of 4 for $20 GVP products. The prices have shot up so much that you might as well buy the brand name stuff. Aside from that, this a nice place for DIYers - hair, nails, waxing, makeup, piercings (maybe avoid DIY piercings)."

"Just showed up with 5 mins to spare for them to look at me crazy and say they are closed… I’m am a professional cosmetologist and shop here often.. very irritating with the sudden early closer and will be speaking with the manager about it.."

"I've been a stylist in Pace for 20+ years and have alway used this location for some of my salon supplies. When i visited the store tonight, i met the new store manager, Morgan. I noticed that she was very attentive to the other customers in the store and cheerfully greeted them as they came thru the door . She seemed very encouraging to her to fellow coworkers, as she was training a new employee i assume. It was nice to meet someone with a such a positive attitude in this store. In my opnion, a few managers and employees in the past seemed as though they hated being there and weren't very friendly. I think Morgan is gonna be a blessing to your store"

"Multiple times Ive drove up not long after 9AM which is what time they are supposed to open, and waited over 30 minutes for them to open. This morning at least two other people and myself left after waiting, knocking, and caling with no response. Some of the staff are great and knowledgeable. It however is an inconvenience for them to not been open during posted hours for those of us who work in salons and may have to go grab little things like foils or gloves before the salon opens. I tried calling the store at least three times this morning with no response and it wouldn't let me leave a voicemail. Very disappointed!"

"I went in to get hair color and several other items I needed. The girl working was not friendly and very rude when I asked if the ones I picked needed developer or not (since the box had no directions on the outside). I received and eye roll and a quick no while she didn't even bother to stop walking to the front just to stand behind the counter doing nothing. I was the only one in the store with her and she couldn't even take a few seconds to help me! If I could give no stars I would!"
