"Steve should in no way be allowed to be around customers let alone cut hair. I was asked to take a look at my sons hair, it was uneven and blotchy so I asked if it could be fixed and Steve yelled at me. I was so embarrassed. CeCe fixed my sons hair. Jessica made things right. The ladies are the only reason we will give Cuts by Us another try. 3 star Review only because of the ladies, -0 for Steve. Review will be updated after next visit."

"Update - Spoke with the district manager who was very polite and apologized for my experience. Was able to come back in late the next day and have my sons hair cut fixed. Josh was great and my son loves his new haircut. If you use this location make sure you ask for Josh. Had I received service from him on my 1st visit this would have been a 5 star review. Thought everything was good when we left, but then we got home and my sons hair had dried and I realized the horrible hair cut he had just received. “Well how could you leave if his hair cut was so bad?” might you ask. Well the stylist told me that there wasn’t really a line in his hair, it just looked that way because the longer hair was wet and the short was not. I believed her. After eating dinner I decide to take him back to get it fixed. WRONG. We arrived at 7:27pm and the store was closed. The sign on the door said they were open until 8pm Monday-Friday(this happened on a Wednesday). So I guess all in all it was a pretty bad experience. I’ve done a better job cutting my son’s hair then they did. I’ve attached some photos so you can see what type of work they do."
