"My friend came to this salon recently and was laughed at and given a mediocre service. I wanna preface by saying my friend is really nice and has worked in customer service, so she’s really understanding of customer service workers. She came in to get a simple pedicure, no polish. When the worker looked at her feet, she made eye contact with another worker and they both looked at my friend’s feet and laughed. At this point, my friend brushed it off and hoped it wasn’t intentional. However, it became clearly intentional when this happened several times (one in which they laughed over her choice of “no polish”). To top it all off, the service was mediocre (my friend stated the worker rubbed the hot stone on her leg once and hardly used the exfoliating scrub). My friend still tipped well, and remained quite during this whole situation. I wish she had left from the start and told them they were being rude, but my friend is very easygoing and she doesn’t want to make others uncomfortable. When she told me about her experience I was so angry for her, and I want to let y’all know so hopefully you can avoid having an uncomfortable experience. This is supposed to be relaxing and a self care activity!! It would’ve taken less effort to just be nice, or not say anything at all. Honestly really disappointing…"

"Best nails I've had in a long time! I got ombre lavander ish French with 2 solid color fingers and a tiny black heart.. The guy that did them was so artistic, and I was amazed he could paint hearts so tiny! Lasted a long time also! Here's pics of my daughters and my nails..."
