"My wife and I headed out to do some research on an RV 5th wheel at the spare of the moment. We stopped by a few other RV sales companies on the way to our final destination. LazyDays of Tampa! When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome! Welcome to LazyDays.!! The entire staff was full of smiles and joyful in their communication. The main note to this review is to understand we were not planning on buying anything that day. We just wanted to do some research and browse through the lot looking at selections of RV's. After being reminded how many RV's lazy days has on the lot, we decided to go inside and talk to a salesperson. The front desk couldn't have done a better job assigning us to Matthew D. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the units that we looked at and sat us down at the beginning to narrow our search in what we were looking for. The main question he asked that help us narrow down the search for the best RV that would fit our needs, was what are the 3 most important aspects to an RV that you are looking for.? My advice to you is to have these three questions already prepared if you decide to start looking for a new RV. We then headed out to the lot in a wonderful golf cart, training Tom in tow, we proceeded to start our adventure for a new home. We looked at several models that took quite a while to narrow down. We kept coming back to this one unit that we wanted to review after we saw a similar unit. We finally decided 2 say " what the hell, Let's do it!". If it was not for Matt and his extreme understanding of the sales process at lazydays, asking the right questions to qualify what our true needs were, we would have probably walked out that evening. I want to thank Matt for his assistance, and I cannot wait to pick up the coach! I would highly recommend lazydays for all your RV needs."

"I have purchased motor homes from Lazydays several times over the last 20 years. In the past, many years ago my experiences were not stellar. However, I recently had the occasion to make a new purchase. I was reluctant and a little apprehensive at first, but this experience was nothing short of great!!! Sales with Jason Brunner was a good as it gets. My service advisor, Tiffany Martin, is the the best. Communication, follow through, and guidance made this an experience as pleasant and enjoyable as could be expected. The Crown Club offerings make Lazydays stand out above all others. We are very seasoned RVers with many years of experience and suffice to say not easily in impressed. Lazydays did impress us!!!!"

"When you walk into Lazy Days you are always greeted with a hello. As you walk through others will say hey and welcome to Lazy Days. We took our motorhome in for yearly maintenance items and ended up trading her in. Kevin Slane always does a great job in finding what we are looking for. This was our 3rd RV we purchased at Lazy Days with Kevin. When looking for RV call and make an appointment with Kevin. Kyle was our contact for getting maintenance items done on the motorhome that we decided to trade in. This was 2nd time using him and he is always helpful and answers our questions. Samantha is our delivery contact the the motorhome we have now, she has been very helpful making sure we get everything we need and all our concerns are met and corrected. "We were there to do an inspection on a new 2020 Tiffin Phaeton 40IH today. This RV Inspection was scheduled last minute so after the detail shop finished their work we got going on the inspection. Joe O'Malley was awesome to work with. He was making sure we had everything we needed and got the RV moved to the Crown Club quickly once the detail shop was done. My RV Inspection thanks you for making our experience today a good one."
