"we just moved here in Riverview , we just had a new pool built , amongst other supplies that we were told we needed that added up to over $150 i decided to purchase a bucket of Alkalinity chemical because Leslies test showed a total of 10 ppm and that was not the norm of between 80 -120 ppm . The same day we took the same sample of water to the next pool supply company {and it was not Leslies} , also located in Riverview FL. Their reading was 100 ppm . I tried to get my $29 back fro my purchase and i was told that their policy on chemicals was a no return policy .. As of this day our Alkalinity level has not changed ! I will never trust Leslies pool supplies again !!!! In my opinion they are total scam artists !!!!"
