"We became customers of Lifetime Pools - Pool Maintenance & Service after our previous company discontinued pool service and handed the customers off to Lifetime. My overall experience was completely unacceptable and I would caution anyone considering Lifetime Pools for their pool service needs. Our tech was never tending to our pool for more that 2-3 minutes. He would leave a business card after each visit listing the services he provided (i.e. - chemicals, skimming, brush tile, etc.) Of the times I witnessed the tech servicing our pool, he never brushed the tile, but still annotated on the card that he had. The big issue and the main reason we left this company is the incompetence and lack of response by ownership/management. We had been experiencing gradual decreasing water pressure inside our pool for several months. Not trusting the pool tech who displayed little competence, I called a specialist out. We soon discover the decreased water pressure was because my pool filter had not been cleaned in several months! The filter was destroyed and had to be replaced. I called the owner/manager three times and he failed to call me back. The office staff confirmed they had told Austin I wanted to talked to him, they were not aware why he was not calling me back and advised he told them to offer me two free months of pool service. It cost me more than that to get my pool back in shape! The art of taking responsibility and talking with your customers to make things right is obviously not a skill this company has or even seeks. You don't run a company this way."
