Reviews
"3 year old son loved it. It was organized, clean, and friendly. A very nice addition to palmetto!"
"We had an amazing experience. The manager runs a tight ship, but with the amount of kids running and potentially getting hurt, it's a good feeling to have someone actively LOOKING OUT for them. Everyone was friendly and kind, and we we absolutely be back!"
"Extremely frustrated. Manager and employees had zero respect for anyone at the facility. My wife and 4 year old daughter were told she needed a life jacket unless actively swimming with a guardian, but sometimes a lifeguard would tell us she must have one on with NO exceptions, even though my daughter and wife would be swimming. By the end of the trip my wife was being called a liar by one of the lifeguards and being yelled at (and I mean REALLY being yelled at by an employee who made an actual scene) because the employee saw my wife holding our child so she couldn't have been "actively" swimming. The manager was just as crazy as the employees and was confused himself about the policy. The lack of training from the leadership team, the lack of customer service, along with confusing policies, and employees looking to enforce the power they clearly have never had before made this expirience horrible. EVERYONE WITH YOUNGER CHILDREN should stay away from until better training has occured."
"When nature doesn't encourage time at the beach, a nice day at the pool is a great way to escape the heat. The lap swim area took up the better part of the pool area while we were there, but we were really only trying to cool off, so there was still plenty of room for our needs. And while none of us were likely the "ideal" age for the playground area, we did enjoy/endure the bucket a couple times as well."
"Nice place too cool down with the family has a nice big pool 4ft to 6ft, then a kids area 1ft deep also 2 slides with 3ft drop also has a few tables to sit also restrooms and changing rooms are very clean so overall a nice place for the kids and family"
