The Yard Milkshake Bar

"My husband and I sat outside the establishment and waited half an hour for them to open. They were supposed to open at noon and it was 12:30 when they finally opened the doors. Multiple people walked by and tried to open the doors as well and just kept going. I wanted to wait a while so my husband could try this place. I had been once before, and it was great, but this time not so much. The ice cream itself was OK. The cheesecake on top was frozen solid and you couldn’t eat it with the spoon so we had to take it off the top. The bathrooms were disgusting and we were the very first and only customers in there. They were dirty and there were no trash bags in the cans. The customer service was terrible. Very unfriendly workers that acted like they would rather be anywhere but at work. I have never left a bad review anywhere, but I feel this place needs some help."

"I was so excited about this place. I drooled over pictures of their beautiful creations for weeks before leaving on our trip. On a girl's trip, ice cream should ALWAYS be on the menu. So what better place to go than an artistic milkshake shop?!? Well the ice cream/milkshakes are FIVE STARS!!!! The facility itself was disgusting and deserved ONE STAR!!!! Every table was sticky and trashy. The spoons ran out in their little dispensers and I politely asked an employee about getting one. I was told I would be helped in a moment. Mind you, I have my milkshake with no spoons and it's melting quicker than the glaciers! Thankfully, the melting only added to the experience?!? The bathrooms! Yuck! I went to wash my very sticky hands and ran into an employee on her phone. As she stood there talking, one of the two toilets was running into the floor from being clogged! Yuck! I understand busy! But then there is busy busy. They were busy, but a business should never be too busy to ensure the product matches the service and the facilities. This place was severely out of balance."

"Maybe the craziest milkshake bar I’ve ever seen! Everything is epic here. Our family had a bunch of selections but the peanut butter brownie and the Cookie Monster with edible dough were the favorites. Come in hungry. And take a lactaid. It’s delicious!"

"We ordered a total of 4 for our little group & all were delicious. I love the salted caramel cheescake!! To cut cost down I ordered 2 of the cups for $12 each & it still had all the toppings. The 2 souvenir jars that my son purchased were $18 each.-- They did let us use my sons military discount so it helped on total price. Worth it!!!"

"This was a must stop for us while in Panama City Beach. Walked in and I ordered The Cereal Killer milkshake and my better half ordered the PCB Party at the Pier milkshake. Just a heads up….these milkshakes are amazing, but be ready to be extremely full when you leave if you can finish a full one. Great place..will return!"
