"Complete money grab company. Our pool heater was having issues shortly after purchasing it and we were told they can’t work on them because it’s electrical. I said I purchased it from them and they said it’s under warranty and to contact the mfg. I later found out parts in their shop are priced 2-3x what you can get online so we stopped purchasing parts once we found out but we tried to continue to use the monthly pool service, DON’T DO IT. If there is anything wrong with the pool or the equipment they won’t let you know and they will charge $120 to look at the issue. The weekly service tech left my pool in error mode and the hot tub drained. I noticed this and called them. The lady told me the technician called it in and said he couldn’t figure out the issue. I had them send a guy out and he just reset the system and everything worked fine but they charged me $120 for this. Then we noticed one of the lights was dislodged. The pool service, as usual, never mentioned this to us. I called to see what’s up and she said they could send someone out but there would be $120 service fee. She told me if they can’t reach the light with their hand they will not fix it due to it being winter. It’s a heated pool! I asked if the service that comes on Fridays could look at it and was told they aren’t working this week. I cancelled service and moved on. It’s a good place to go to grab chemicals you need but save yourself money and headache by going with someone else for parts or service."

"Never clean filter , and remove my personal cleaning Barracuda with out my consent to repair it, call me with a recommendation of 150 repair and offer a rent one to replaced it , be ware don’t trust this location"
