"Just doing an update. To this day no one from Tropical Pools has ever contacted me on repairing any of the problems that they left behind in their wake of disaster. The pool heater stopped working so I called Gulfstream heaters. They came out and supposedly repaired it for $500. Then they came out and repaired it again. We’ve been able to use our Spa twice since then and it’s still not working. Tropical Pools is the most unprofessional company in the construction industry I have ever worked with."
