"The room was nice, location was perfect. It was a little warm in our room no matter how much you turned down the ac. Loved the pools, was very clean. The dryer in our condo didn't work and the over head stove thingy did not work. Like to smoke us out when cooking."

"Very, very nice experience here. Nothing to complain about. An amazing view of the beach, comfortable furniture, great shower pressure, lots of storage for belongings, and much more. The pool and beach were such a convenient walk, and with no crowds it made it even better. Our air conditioning went out for one night, but they sent someone over immediately to get it fixed. Great work, Palms. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Gulf Shores with their family."

"I am disgusted with the conditions they are willing to allow people to pay to stay in . My family and I traveled 11 hrs to be introduced to a mold infested , mildew reeking condo #113 . The second we opened the door we were introduced by a slew of gnats which were the first indication of mold present . My 3 year old child and my grandma with lung cancer outside of the rest of us paid to stay in this disgusting situation. My purchasing family member reached out to several sources and for four days went without much of any response at all , finally the day before we depart we were moved to another condo which was what we were deserving of . They barely were reachable and no one took the situation serious until we began attaching pictures of our conditions."

"Prepwork fairly easy. Love the welcome bag. The condo was amazing with a view that was perfect. Close to beach. Only problem was dryer not working properly. I'd go again for sure. Less expensive that hotel room for that many nights."
