"Everything was great with the actual store! Register lady was super super nice. She forgot to bag our plates, which is no problem at all. I understand accidents happen, we just live 30 min away. And apparently no one knows how to answer a phone call? We called and called and called and no answer. Everything was great but, answer phone calls maybe?"

"Old time pottery is great, large selection and great stuff but the building needs some help. There were multiple leaks in the ceiling and totes of water and splatter in many areas. The bathroom had many stalls but half the doors were broken and ceiling tiles were falling down. This place has been here for many years and I hate to see it in the condition it’s in, I think it’s time for some updates."

"Donna was useless in helping me find a gift for my mother’s 70th birthday present. Called up to the store last week to inquire about an item and she answered the phone and refused to go look. Went in person today and unfortunately she was working again and wouldn’t help. Said “if we have it then it’s out.” Did not ask other employees to see if they knew if the wicker chair i was hoping to buy multiple of was in stock or out nor did she offer to help me go thru the stacks of disorganized wicker furniture. Why even have someone like that working there if she’s not going to help or assist. Too old and grumpy I will not be back"
