"Owner and chef was very knowledgeable about gluten free and vegan options available (many options! - all delicious!) Took precaution with preparation and even has a separate gluten free toaster and prep section. Many vegan options contain gluten, I was happy to find a place that was both vegan AND gluten free. Tacos were excellent!"

"This is a very good vegan Cafe and bakery! I'm fully vegan and my wife is pescatarian. We enjoyed the pastries, including their "beef" empanadas. They make their own beef (its 100% vegan) and it is very good. We also tried their cheesecake, key lime pie and carrot cake (we did try not to be greedy...truly!). We asked Stephanie what she recommended and she was right on point - especially the Ozzie sauce (her father's recipe). If you're vegan (or not), I encourage you to visit this place. "This place is absolutely amazing. It was a rare gem we were so lucky to find while we were visiting. The tacos were incredible. The ginger tea was just right. The sauces were to die for. The crust was so flaky and perfectly made on the pastilitos. The decor, music, and lighting made the experience even more enjoyable. I am trained in culinary, and I have been cooking for 24 years. I love fine dining, and this is better vegan food than they make in top-notch restaurants with vegan options. It is better than many fine dining vegan restaurants in many aspects, and it's very affordable. We ordered, ate some and then invited our friends and got more food for our road trip. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants some amazing, healthy food in the area."

"I am so grateful this bakery opened up in East Ft Lauderdale! So far everything I’ve tried I have loved. The cupcakes are perfect icing to cake ratio and not overly sweet like all of the other vegan bakeries. The empanadas are delish. Iced latte was perfect. The beef tacos are something I crave and now have to have once a week. Can’t wait to try all the other menu items."
