"Love this place with great staff! It's always clean and cozy here."

"It is not the same as the others. I have had coffee at Starbucks stores located in Brickell, Hollywood and Aventura. I almost always order the Ice Vanilla Latte since it is my favorite for one simple reason, it is sweet and balanced with its medium strong flavor. But this one didn't meet my expectations, other than they put too much ice in my glass."

"Worst manager of any coffee shop I’ve been to. After waiting in line for 15 min because there only one person behind the counter taking orders and then preparing orders all alone, I decided to sit while I waited. I was the only one in line, a min before my turn another customer walked in and I explained to them I was in line, just sitting down because service was slow. Another person showed up behind the counter to help taking orders, I told her I was first but she told me that she saw the other person in line first, I told I had been here and waiting, and that she couldn’t tell who was here first because she just came from the back of the store, she turned to the other person and asked him what he wanted, and that person hesitated to order. I asked her to speak with he manager, and in a very rude tone told me that she was the manager, and I should leave the store, I told her I wanted to be serviced first and she refused, I asked her for her name and I was told not my business, I told her I will complain and she basically gave me the finger and told me to leave or she’ll call for help as she reached out to her phone I told her I will make a complain as I exited the store, she did not even try to apologize, or showed any regret for her rude behavior. I basically waited patiently for over 20 min to get a coffee only to end up asked to leave employ handed."

"My experience wasn't the most pleasant. Came to get a mango-dragonfruit drink. Only when I asked to go easy on the ice was I advised they don't have the dragon fruit chunks. Really annoying! Otherwise the place is dirty, every empty table has garbage and/or spills. The washrooms are totally gross and no toilet paper!"

"My favorite in the Miami area! More space, less nonsense. I mean what else is there to say about Starbucks, just about everyone know how it works and I think the employees do a fantastic job in this specific location. I always order my things online and I have them in my list of favorites; so I always get exactly what I ordered. Again this is my favorite location!"
