"Waiting for more than 10 minutes at a "fast food" drive-through can be quite annoying, especially when there's no manager around to address your complaint. It was very inconvenient to have to go inside and demand for a refund. it was disappointing entering into an atmosphere inside that was chaotic, loud music playing and the work areas looking dirty."

"It was ok, I ordered at the drive-thru and they asked me to park and wait for my food. However time passed by and I kept waiting, after a few minutes I went inside to see what happened, just to find out they forgot to bring my food to the car."

"It's a smaller location on a very busy street. Not enough parking and not enough staff so service is not as good as it can be if the staff had the resources they needed to provide better service."

"This DD used to be great with previous workers. Now it is horrible! It took 20 minutes to get 4 wake up wraps, 2 hashbrowns that were hard as rocks and they didn't give me the donut I ordered. They take forever to Take an order in the drive thru. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS DD! I AM SURE THEY WILL BE HAPPY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN WORKING."

"Went this morning with my wife ordered and sat down to wait. After about 10 minutes received the drink my wife ordered (coffee coolatta), but it wasn’t what we ordered. Turned out to be a frozen coffee. Then I watched them prepare our croissant, bacon and egg sandwiches. The individual preparing them took a batch of raw bacon and put it in the oven and then using the same gloves put together our sandwiches. Finally, when the individual called our number and handed us the sandwiches I told her that we hadn’t received the donuts we ordered. She said she just did sandwiches and walked away. After standing at the counter for a couple more minutes someone else offered to get the donuts but gave us two of the wrong kind. My wife enjoyed the donuts but we ended up giving up and throwing away the sandwiches, 2 of the 4 donuts we ordered and the drink. I should add my wife is pregnant and we weren’t willing to risk getting sick by eating the sandwiches. Terrible experience and we will not be back."
