Dunkin'

"The man with the beard and long blonde wig has horrible customer service. I ordered my food (i get the same thing every Time) while waiting I witnessed him/her being rude and yelling at fellow employees then turned around and was rude to a customer ahead of me. I went to grab my food and noticed he took my order completely wrong. I mentioned it to him and he got rude and snapped at me and stopped the cook from fixing the order and told me I needed to give him more money. I didn’t mind paying the difference but the bad customer service from him prompt me to ask for a refund and go elsewhere."

"Donuts were cold, and a little hard (understandable for the time of day it is). Service was horrendous!!! Only one employee behind the counter. As I’m making my order, the very long blonde haired employee starts talking over me. When I stop talking, they snapped with “I’m listening.” Turns out, my order interrupted his/her making an eyelash appointment. Can’t be bothered to make a bagel at 430pm, would rather point guests to another location, even though it’s slow. Had ever donut in the wrong spot under the wrong label. Shrugged when asked and said “none of them are in the right spot.” (While tossing a donut back into the plate) lol Atmosphere got a 3 star because it’s in a gas station. Whoever owns this Dunkin’, I would be surprised if this is still open in a year with this employee representing your store."

"I just moved in the area. Sheridan Dunkin' please don't keep this going. Why when I get home and open my coffee, put 3 of my own creamers and sugars in there it's Still this much empty space?? Coffee is not cheap Please really Fill It Up, if this happens again I will be going to corporate! Do better"

"Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Ordered ahead a drink, hash browns and a donut. When I got to the drive through window and employee hands me my drink and hash browns. She didn’t mention anything about a donut. I ask for my blueberry cake donut and she says, oh we don’t have that. I said ok, what donuts do you have, because I’d already paid for a donut. She said no cake donuts, but we have blueberry muffins. I said ok, I’ll take that. She brings me a muffin. After I drive off I realized it’s some sort of cinnamon muffin. I decided to just go with it. Then I tasted the hash browns and they tasted two days old. Horrible. So hard and dry. Couldn’t bother going back at that point. So disappointing. The drink was ok."

"Fast and friendly place for a quick pick-me-up! I decided on two jelly donuts. One for now and the other to share or eat for later. They were out of the popular pumpkin cold brew at noon so I opted for an iced coffee which was suggested by the crew. The best time to get a fresh donut is before 4pm. I'm looking forward to my next visit!"
