"The Thyme Machine Cafe offers delicious Lebanese manouche's and strong Arabic coffee out of a conveniently located food truck in Brickell. We ordered the cheese, zaatar, and labne variations. The sandwiches come wrapped in deliciously thin bread and you can add tomatoes, olives and cucumbers to your tasting. The Arabic coffee was strong and hit all the right spots. The servers were very hospitable and It costs around $77 for six wraps and two coffees. I highly recommend the Thyme Machine Cafe to satisfy your manouche pallet."

"I recently stumbled upon a new Lebanese food truck in town, and I'm so glad I did! So much Original Culture right here in Brickell!! The owners are very experienced & friendly as well :) The moment I saw the menu, I knew I had to give it a try. The options were amazing/endless - there were all sorts of delicious-sounding dishes. I was having a tough time deciding what to order, but the friendly staff helped me make the perfect choice! Overall, my experience at this new Lebanese food truck was fantastic! The food was delicious, the atmosphere & seating was great, the service was friendly, and the prices were more than affordable.
