Starbucks 1701 Southwest 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135

"This was by far the filthiest Starbucks I’ve been to. I came when it first opened and was clean. I had a meeting with a friend on a Sat at 12:30 and every single table was dirty with trash on it and the outdoor patio had trash everywhere, blowing into the sidewalk. When I spoke to a staff member she shrugged it off as being understaffed. I finally spoke to a manager to fix it but she seemed unphased as well. She cleaned a table partially with a wrapper still stuck on the table. I can only imagine what their kitchen looks like with the shape of the store. I can’t imagine ever returning. I hope it gets fixed. Such a shame."

"This is Starbucks, located in Little Havana. It's a 5-minute walk from the Azucar ice cream store. The store is not spacious, but clean and cool. I stopped by before looking around the streets."

"All non-dairy milk have sugar. There is no one single version without. Syrups, bases and pouders (marcha green tea for Frappuccino) contain also sugar. It's time already to offer other versions of products for people who don't consume sugar (cancer, diabetes, tiroide, autism, big etc) Thanks a lot!"

"I have came here many times before and never had an issue with the service of the place. But TODAY, I understand there was a line but they had me order at the speaker to tell us there was NOTHING that we wanted. Then, they proceeded to tell us to pull up to the window to finish our order to clear out the line. We went to the window and they canceled my order and then said they can’t take our order at the window. After, told us to come inside when we were in a rush. They need to improve with service and communication. Very unprofessional and rude. Do NOT recommend coming in the morning because clearly they can’t keep up with the rush.."

"This place is nice, cleaned and well lit. The atmosphere is good, nice tables to seat and enjoy your drink. There is limited parking but is convenient. What I didn’t like, the food is not handled properly. If the server touches the food with his hands not wearing gloves after handing other orders, cleaning the floors, managing trash then I don’t think is appropriate, so please do not order food that needs to be warmed up from this place. During the same visit I approached to the counter to place a second order and asked the server if he could please throw my used cup into the trash can that was behind him, his answer was the trash can is back there. I short, nice location, food (don’t buy it if the server needs to handle it)"
