"Worst customer service i may have EVER received. I ordered a sweetened iced green tea. I took a sip and it was unsweetened. Easy mistake to make. I went up to the counter and said “excuse me i ordered this sweetened may i please get some simple syrup added?” One employee responded “do you not want your drink?” I said, “I do but I would just like it sweetened like I ordered it. thats all.” The other employee got a small cup added two pumps of simple syrup to it and with an angry look on her face shoved the cup in my face. Such unnecessary rudeness. Especially for overpriced items."

"Just came off a sh*tshow of cancelled and rerouted flights. They were out of most everything but still found a way to get us our coffees and a snack and were delightful. Thank you SO MUCH. And the coffees are delicious."

"I ordered an Iced Matcha lemonade after my flight and headed to pick it up. The staff was very busy but I did not mind waiting for my order. I have worked in a busy coffee shop and know how hectic the environment can get. My name was called but I noticed my drink was in a hot cup. I thought “okay maybe they’re out of iced cups.” But when I felt the cup it was hot. I notified the worker that I had ordered an iced matcha lemonade. She proceeded to roll her eyes, and then turn the cup with the sticker towards me, pointed to it, and then said “it doesn’t say iced. See?” I was taken aback and said “it’s lemonade, I can pull it up on my app.” But before I could even get my sentence out she walked away from me and tossed the drink in the trash. The guest behind me even mentioned how rude she was to me when I was being perfectly pleasant and understanding. It was upsetting. I know mistakes happen but to walk away when a guest is trying to resolve an issue was awful. She then remade the drink while negatively talking about me to her coworkers. When my drink was ready and correct, she just slid it over the counter and said nothing. I politely said “thank you!” Either way and again she rolled her eyes. It wasn’t the best experience, but once my drink was made correctly, it tasted great."
