"Interesting in hearing the bad reviews? I'm at this location 3 to 4 times a week and never had an issue. I do see at times when customer traffic is heavy. Usually, on a weekend when cruise ships are in port, but everywhere on 17th Street is packed on cruise ship days. Otherwise, the crew rocks it and is always hustling!! Keep up the good work!!!"
"There’s a girl named Darling that works there and shes super nice. Every time I go in she makes my drink perfect no complains very great customer service serious about the job. When I go there I only want to see darling behind the counter."
"Iced Chai tea was good. Coffee cake was also good. Kinda wish Starbucks would either listen or quit asking about heating it up. Every Starbucks (I been to many) is guilty: I always ask for 5 seconds or less. Instead they always heat for 30 seconds or longer. Super frustrating."
"Waited over 30 minutes for the frappachino that was watery, I paid for 3 shots of espresso and it didnt taste like coffee at all, and it didn’t have any of the stuff on it that frappachinos normally come with. I threw It away after I left. Not going back because this is not the first time I have gotten a coffee like this. Sometimes they are so great and fast, it’s very hit or miss."
