"I stopped going to this Starbucks due to the lack of attention to the order. Normally I order tall white mocha frap but they always mess up and send me a white cream shake? Also makes it worse that the wait times are super long compared to other stores. There is one nearby that by Target, on University, the service is much better there and accuracy as well."

Employees don't acknowledge customers, then take an order, and then disappear around the corner. Seem to be out of a lot of items too.
