"I frequent this shop several times a week. I normally don’t have an issue but lately my cookies have been really hard. The reason why I like to get my cookies from there is because I like soft chewy cookies but lately they have been very hard and dry. My other issue is now they have a new employee that works there…a young man with dusty looking black hair. He always looks unkept/ not clean. Ive noticed on several occasions he has dandruff flakes along the collar of his shirt. His hair is always all over the place. Why not have them wear hair nets? This young man needs a crash course on how to look presentable at work…especially when working around food. I hate when he takes my order because I just know one day I’m going to find hair in or on one of my cookies. Management please consider talking with him about hygiene and looking the part to sell your goods."
