"The store manager Vanessa is rude , racist don’t know how she still running the store , she treat customer like trash specially regular customer I talk by experience , you can tell she doesn’t like her job and is a fact , I call Corporate to present a formal Accusation about her and 1 of her employees. No one has contact me yet even though they put it as a priority , I request to talk with her DM , she told her employees to don’t allowed me to get in the store at this point don’t know why when she was the one offend me and mistreat me that day , I spend a lot of money in this location and I can proof that to receive this type of treat ???? Let me tell You Vanessa this is America you can not be so disrespectful and get away with this . And guess what I will continue to go to the store and if you ever try to talk to me or do even a face I will call the police on you to show you some respect , we all are immigrants even you!!"

"OMG I never thought that Wawa can be that well established. Whoever is the owner , you got it you nailed it! This is probably as best as wawa can get. I never saw so friendly, happy and polite staff at any not only gas station but at pretty much any fast food chain . Inside is nice and clean, plenty of parking and pumps . Sandwiches so full of meat that it. falling out . Again thank you thank you for doing things as they supposed to be!"

"Horrible customer service from Jinnisha (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) she is a Lead Customer Service member. Poor skills around customer she was rude with a customer that didn't speak English, I offer to translate and she gave me the worst attitude. She start talking loud to herself that people is crazy this days l..I think she needs to go back to training and have someone more qualified."
