"So usually I only write GOOD reviews and if the food is bad then, whatever. But I’ve had consistently bad service at this location multiple times (with the same crew). It’s a shame cause I recommended this place to multiple friends. Young girl with attitude has gotten my order wrong every time for the last three visits in the last 6 months. I keep coming back because the boba is better than other tea shops in the area but I don’t think I’m coming back again. Giving the customer attitude when the online order was not followed is ridiculous. Good tea, good flavors, good product. The team just needs further training or get more productive workers"

"This is my new favorite Boba tea, place to go, because the drink is very flavorful. The Boba is also flavorful and chewy not doughy. Then right outside is an amazing sitting place to just relax and enjoy your Boba tea."

"Good tea selection, friendly helpful staff, great ambiance and nice and clean restaurant. I enjoyed my Honey Oolong Milk Tea w Nata Jelly. The milk tea was not overly sweet and the Nara jelly was the perfect addition to me. I thoroughly enjoyed my tea. This tea tasted like the way I wanted it to taste like in my head. If that makes any sense. This will be the place I think of when I feel like having a boba tea. My wife had the peach oolong black tea with tapioca boba and mango popping bubbles. She liked it a lot and definitely after it to her list of boba places."

"I ordered from their “Secret Menu” and had the Guava black tea. It was loaded with chia seeds which was a little weird.. their “medium” might as well have been a small I finished half in like 3 sips.. I was disappointed in their lack of popping boba flavors, it was coffee, grape or mango. The shop itself was cute and had lots of board games etc. Overall it was average, maybe their milk teas are better"
