"This is the worst Panera that I’ve been in my entire life, and I’ve been to many Paneras in 43 years, the food was cold, the sandwiches totally discombobulated and messy, the service was terrible. The music is super loud and you can hear everybody chitchatting and laughing in the back, but nobody’s paying attention to the order Pick up, I was standing outside for 15 minutes and the attendant was coming and going not making eye contact because she had AirPods on. I kindly called out for her many times, and she ignored us. So after paying $40 for one half sandwich, one full sandwich and one bowl of cold soup and blackened avocados. I’m pretty dissatisfied Specially, when I know how good Panera is. This is A pick up only location, but I believe that if it was better staffed with people that do care about providing good service and properly prepare and pick the food, this will be an excellent place to eat. A complete disgrace for the Panera brand"

"Finally we have a Panera Bread near our house. This one is a Small location Panera to Go with pickup. They have a kiosk to order and you can also use the app. Very friendly staff. Definitely we are going to be regular customers. Note: please bring the green tea to this location."
