"Not sure how on earth this establishment has more than one star. It's actually leading me to believe that the google review system isn't operating correctly. 45 min wait in line (our fault for not leaving) but this gives the impression that Starbucks doesn't care that we are waiting because they know they have us by the balls. After waiting 45 mins to place the order another 15 mins to receive it! TWO EMPLOYEES servicing a busy terminal at one of the largest airports. COME ON! RIDICULOUS."
