McDonald's

"Today 2:59 pm My husband went to the drive thru during his lunch break. Customer service was fine they took my order nothing was missing. But when he went to eat his food the food was cold, fries were stale and soggy, his drink was not sealed properly and it spilled in the car. And his the food had a strong oder his co-worker even noticed the smell that was coming off the food. 15 mins later he got nauseous and had to use the restroom to throw everything he just ate up. We normally never have an issue with this McDonald’s but this was the first time he has ever had an experience like this. We will not be returning to this McDonald’s again after this."

"I had a mobile order which was a “medium” ice coffee. So once I got to the window and received my drink I see that it was a “small” so I told the employee that I ordered a “medium” drink. But then she said “that’s a ‘medium’ and then she closed the window… so then I went inside the store to go get my medium coffee… as soon as I walked in I heard them talking about me in Spanish, but little did they know I am Hispanic as well…and I spoke to the manager on duty and explained to her my situation. Then she said “that’s a medium” then I let the manager know that I been ordering the ice coffee almost everyday I know the difference between a small and a medium ice coffee.They had an attitude Worst McDonald’s ever. They have very poor customer service. The Store manager need to do better…"

"The treatment was horrible the night shift was slow which is understandable as little amount of workers were working. I had made an online ordered they didn’t give me my physical receipt like they should’ve and when i went to receive my stuff they had an argument with me because i had ordered 2 cokes but they said they only saw one. They were very rude and i wanted to buy an ice cream they told me only cash and i went to give it cash then 5 seconds keep in mind she was talking to me the whole time she tells me i can’t receive the money i closed the register. Being super sarcastic and was smiling the moment i put the window she gave me the middle finger and everything. I know that me personally i will not be going to that Mcdonalds again."

"This is the third time I order my food through doordash and it arrives soaked in soda. And no it is not the drivers fault. They dont use a cupholder they just put the soda in a bag right next to the food so obviously it spills. I guess it is too hard to train the employees on proper food packaging. I am tired of my items arriving soaked and unable to be eaten due to y’all being lazy."

"be careful in this place, they give raw hamburgers. It is the fourth time that the same thing has happened to me, I have called the store, and an employee pretended to be the manager, and after speaking to her, she told me that the manager was busy and after that she left me talking to myself. I will send you the inspection"
