Dunkin'

"Went through the drive-thru on New Year's Eve and they had a sticker on their window that said they were out of cold brew but on the app it didn't say that they were out of cold brew so when I went to the window to confirm if they were out of cold foam and cold brew the person taking my order proceeded to say in the nastiest tone "where do you see that at." I then responded with it's on the menu with a sticker that says "oh snap, we're out". He then proceeded to say "I guess we're out then." I am gonna go to a new location since this one lacks the bare minimum customer service."

"I was in there today, a December 13th 2:30pm there was a woman with 2 children in front of me. She was ignored for 5 minutes. She walked out while the 3 people behind the counter argued as to whose job it was to cover counter then one of them came over and asked me what I wanted. I said a medium black coffee. I put the $3 on the counter. I said you can keep the change and he said you don't get your coffee. Unless you picked that up off the counter and hand it to me. I took my money and left. There is a definite serious attitude among those young gentlemen. Working behind that counter."

"Only the Hispanic lady with the RED mask is nice and actually greets you even with her mask on you can tell she’s smiling!!’ What a waste of $2.75 Yuckkkk First off the BLAACK CHICK AT THE WINDOW WEARING A NON DUNKIN SHIRT JAD SICJ AM ATTITUDE EWLL AND MY DONUTS WERE FAR FROM FRESH DEFINITELY COLD I MEAN FREEZING AND THANKS FOR THE XTRA ONE THOUGH I WANTED 5 CHOCOLATE:-/"

"This store is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. Out of convenience I went through the drive-through. Maybe it would’ve been better if I was there inside the store but who knows for sure. I ordered a coffee and a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. I bring it home and there’s virtually no cream cheese on my bagel. I mean they always go much lighter on the cream cheese compared to any other Dunkin’ Donuts, but it was like a treasure hunt to find it today."

"It was disgusting to see so much dirty of this store at 751 E Commercial… I showed it to the cashier and he shrugged… Didn't bring a product to clean the counter… I go to DD daily and I've never seen that."
