"I've been to this location a few times now and have always had a great experience. The service is excellent, the tea is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. The service at Black Pearl Boba Tea 2 is always friendly and attentive. The staff is always happy to make recommendations, and they are quick to make your drink. I've never had to wait long for my order, even when the shop is busy."

"Beautiful place but unfortunately the staff is not very prepared to attend the public, I went there twice and waited nearly 20 minutes for a cup of coffee and repeated the order twice but the two girls were more interested in chatting between both of them and not paying any attention for the orders. Lovely place but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone because the staff is inexperienced and it will make you feel disappointed with the service."

"Sincerely the place looks wonderful and drinks are very good. But… as soon as we walked in the store no welcome from the two ladies that was working at the time. Mind you we were the only customers there (around 6 in the afternoon btw).Wasn’t even asked if I was done with order and went straight ahead to give me my total. Also while seeing their food menu but no food on the display I asked kindly if they still serve food. One lady said no another just turn around slowly and just nodded. Then proceeded to say only serving ramen and egg rolls. The treatment was terrible I didn’t even want to eat anything, especially with a nasty attitude they gave for no reason. I would really want to come back for the food and drinks but with someone else serving and I hope they’re not the only ones working there cause that’s depressing."
