"I needed to go to the bank this morning and it wasn’t open yet, so I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts shop at the corner of Hillsboro and military Trail, Deerfield Beach, Florida. My husband and I ordered two medium coffees and I ordered a blueberry doughnut. My husband ordered a Boston cream. My husband‘s Boston cream doughnut had about a half a teaspoon of Boston cream in the middle of a heart shaped donut. He did not take a bite. He took it to the counter when he broke it open and said there’s no cream in here. The girl said oh there’s cream right there and he said there should be more than a half a teaspoon of cream in a doughnut when you buy it if it’s cream , filled, well Dunkin’ Donuts didn’t care. He left the donut on the counter. A young man in the store was two or three people behind us. He bought my husband a Boston cream doughnut and said that was his good deed for the day. How sweet of him. Do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts, the employees were very rude"
"For the second time in a row. I went to this location. Employees were obnoxious. Waited more than 10 minutes, with only one car in front of me at the drive through just to get an iced coffee. Spent 4 minutes at the window. Then asked by the woman at the window if I had already paid...She was the one that took my payment!!! After waiting that amount of time, I then ask for a straw and was told it would be another minute. Will not be frequenting this place again."
"I always order to walk-in on the mobile app. My order is ALWAYS ready when I get there, prepared PERFECTLY and my coffee is always fresh and hot. Every employee is very nice and friendly. They are well stocked and everything is meticulously clean. It is always one of the better parts of a day at work!"
