"Employee did not know how to make my drink, which is written in step-by-step directions. She gave the wrong drink twice and tried to argue with me that I didn't know what I ordered. The other employee at the register had no idea how to print a gas receipt. This company continues to disappoint me with their either lack of training or lack of caring who they hire."

"This place is home away from home. As someone from New Jersey, Wawa always reminds me of my childhood. I went to Wawa on January 26th, and was met by Tasha, one of the supervisors in charge of the kitchen. Her kind and friendly demeanor is one of the many qualities I love about Wawa (shoutout Kris also, he's a great guy and always comes to work with a positive attitude). Tasha, I hope you get a chance to read this: the pizza was fantastic, and employees like you are one of the many reasons I will be a Wawa customer for life. Thank you for going the extra mile in rectifying an issue with my order, and for showing me so much kindness. The food you make there is amazing (best breaded chicken sandwich in town) and the passion and pride for what you do shows in your work ethic and tone. You should be proud of yourself, and to Wawa, I hope you take the time to recognize what an amazing employee you have."

"Unpleasant supervisor, first red flag was when I overheard a customer, asking her a question. She responded back quickly aggressively and rudely as if the customer was an idiot. As I waited for my very smoothie the young lady Preparing my smoothie, seemed upset as she complained. There was too much work for her, and she hadn't had a moment to clean, she also mentioned something about "wow believe she left without stocking anything". After hearing her complaining while making my smoothie, I thought this to be a bit unprofessional, and it made me uncomfortable. I decided it's best to cancel my order. I don't want any angry person preparing my food her and I never spoke. I discreetly walked over to the cashier where the supervisor was to ask for a refund she didn't provide a receipt which you normally get after the refund, She responded Sarcastically that only the store gets a receipt not the customer. I would've asked for a refund for the sandwich I ordered, but they already called that it was ready. I hope someone at the regional level considers retraining, the staff at this location. Or it could be staff and even supervisor is being treated badly for them to be all angry at their job. when I visited the Wawa in Naples, none of this behavior was demonstrated Updated after tasting the brisket sandwich salty and not the same quality I tasted at the other Wawas. Should've went with my gut and returned everything."
