Starbucks

"On a Saturday, we went to Starbucks. Generally speaking, the visits aren't really cordial; we're just treated like any other individual. Marcus, the store manager, took me through the entire ordering procedure when I placed my venti iced white mocha order on Saturday. He was just remarkable! He poured us the drinks we requested. Every dish was served warm and nicely, and there was no wait. Marcus has made me feel very welcome and well taken care of. I would advise everyone to visit on Saturdays. It was a fantastic experience."

"The staff is always nice and friendly. I’m disappointed about a product not being available and replaced by something else. The last 3 times I ordered a hot chai tea latte venti I was given something else. I don’t know if they change vendors or watered down what the had, or simply gave me something different. I went back a 4th time and I complained about the previous 3 times. Was not offered a replacement. I was simply told that they had run out, and had no idea when they would get more. I guess I will not be getting my chai there anymore ."

Saturday, I ordered a venti iced white mocha - the whole process was explained by the store manager Marcus. He was amazing ! He made our drinks like we wanted. There was not a wait and all the food came out warm and nice. I feel welcomed and well taken care thanks to Marcus. I would recommend anyone to go Saturdays. It was an awesome experience. 12/10"
