"Beautiful room and views, but disappointing amateurish afternoon tea, as the most crucial and important element, to be served with the scones, is missing. Yes, you guessed it: the clotted cream !!! What's the point to have afternoon tea without clotted cream? Really!!! Also, the acoustic of the room is not prone to a single bad quality speaker, seating randomly on one side, playing distorted opera music. That was totally unnecessary and hurtful to everybody's ears..."
