"I would definitely give five stars based on service given by the morning shift batista. She's super smart, funny, keeps the customers engaged and a hard worker. She seems to be there alone in the mornings which is very inconvenient when customers are trying to get in and out quickly(the reason for the 3 star rating), yet she does a wonderful job handling the morning crowds and keeping a positive attitude. I hope she's getting paid well, because she's definitely doing a great job!"

"I LOVE LOVE LOVE the barista Aalayah at this starbucks, she doing a great job, she always has a positive attitude, she’s nice and a hard worker, she makes my drinks and pastries very good. My only issue is that the barista is left alone With no help. I come to this starbucks often in the morning and there is always a great amount of people that show up, and even though the barista is very good at her job the great volume of customers can be very stressful and overwhelming for any barista, regardless of their experience. I hope the management can get this issue resolved, and they also need to give her a raise for the enormous load she’s taking on and excellent work she’s doing."

"Great location to stop by and have a fresh hot latte. They always have some pastries if you’re looking for a few light bites, a beautiful outdoor patio with fresh air and open seating and free Wi-Fi to go around for all nice location pretty decor, friendly staff."

"Really disappointed especially for a Starbucks. After arriving slightly before 5 o’clock 4:57 to grab a quick black coffee on my way home from work. I walked into the shop to a full area of people as all seats were occupied. I was told immediately sir we’re closed! After going back out to my car to research the next coffee shop. I watched 2 more younger people walk in. Just very frustrating whatever happened to just doing the right or next small thing. Most of the time that could make a larger impact on someone’s life or day"

"Del Rey, FL. Jason’s an exceptional barista able to get along with just about any guest. He gave us great service and cheered up my husband. We stopped in for caffeine for an afternoon road trip and Jason got us all set up and ready to go. Great attitude. My other observation was this location had a ton of people working remotely. A nice chill vibe. Great coffee just the way we liked."
