I went back against my better judgement and again they forgot to add a sandwich, the other sandwich was soaked in sauce mushy and the smoothies didn't taste like anything. Someone needs to supervise these kids. Maybe this location needs a new franchise owner...I don't know but please fix it. I love Tropical Smoothie and never have a problem at other locations."
"I order a bbq shrimp quesadilla today, the cheese was not melted all the way and it was not cut properly. I am going to put it in the pan to melt the cheese and cut it myself."
"I'm giving it a 1 star because I'm at least eating it. We ordered a chicken quesadilla with pretty much no chicken in it. It's pretty much just flower tortilla and cheese. These green detox drinks don't taste like anything but water and spinach. Super disappointing and I wouldn't even recommend this to someone I don't like!"
